I/We are at least 18 years of age and not currently an undischarged bankrupt. Additionally, I/we have disclosed any other names by which I/we are known.
I/We acknowledge that knowingly providing false information could result in charges of fraud or dishonesty being brought against me/us in a court of law.
PRIVACY ACT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AUTHORISATION
You authorise GetFinance to forward this application to any third party (referred to as the Finance Company) and agree that either GetFinance or the Finance Company may take the following actions:
You acknowledge that GetFinance and/or the Finance Company is requesting personal details about you in order to use Equifax, Dun & Bradstreet, or Centrix for credit checking purposes.
You understand that Equifax, Dun & Bradstreet, or Centrix will provide us with personal information about you, and that we will also supply them with your personal details. These credit reporting agencies will retain this data and use it for their credit reporting services.
You are aware that other customers of Equifax, Dun & Bradstreet, or Centrix may also access your personal data when they use the credit reporting services.
You understand that we may use the credit reporting services of Equifax, Dun & Bradstreet, or Centrix in the future for matters related to the provision of credit. This may include their monitoring services, which will notify us of any changes to your personal information.
GetFinance or the Finance Company will use the personal information collected from you to evaluate your application and verify your identity.
We or they may also share your details with, or obtain information from, Credit Reporting and Government Agencies, other Credit Providers, and Insurers, for these purposes.
In accordance with the Privacy Act 2020, I authorise GetFinance or the Finance Company to contact Equifax, Dun & Bradstreet, Centrix, other Credit Providers, my Employer, Accountant, Bank, Solicitor, or any other relevant source, including Government agencies, to gather, verify, and exchange personal, financial, or commercial information. This is for the purpose of evaluating this application, or any future applications, as well as managing any loan that may result from this application.
It also assists with the enforcement of any agreement between me and GetFinance or the Finance Company.I understand my rights under the Privacy Act 2020, including the right to know who is collecting and holding my personal information, and the right to access and correct that information if necessary.
I also consent to the Finance Company, or any associated finance company, sending me/us information about additional products and services from time to time.
Example Loan: Borrowing $10,000 over 36 months at an interest rate of 15.95% p.a. would result in a total repayment of $12,647.65, including all fees and interest.
We do not offer short-term loans; all loan terms range from a minimum of 12 months to a maximum of 84 months.
Our current interest rates vary from 8.95% to 29.99% APR, depending on your credit history, the security provided, and your overall credit profile.
